Frequently asked questions
Can I book a tour as a single person?
Yes, you can. We have a very good booking system, but it is not possible to book a tour for a single person. Please send us an email and we will find a solution.
Where do you pick up from?
After the booking we will arrange a suitable pick-up point. This can be from your home or accommodation.
Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to pick up customers from around the Gold Coast because I have to come from the north side of Brisbane myself.
What happens if it’s raining or going to rain?
Depending on the severity of the rain we can arrange a new date for the tour.
What vehicle will we be in?
For smaller groups we use the Nissan X-Trail Adventure. For larger groups we use the KIA Carnival. On both sides of the car there is a green logo of Brisbane Nature Tours.
What are the physical requirements for walking on the tour?
For all tours you need a moderate level of fitness.
These tours have some stairs on the walks:
- North Stradbroke Island Tour
- Maiala Rainforest Tour
- Bellthorpe Rainforest Tour
- Tamborine Mountains Rainforest Tour
These tours don’t have stairs on the walk:
- Bribie Island Birdlife Tour
- Kangaroo, mangroves and the ocean tour
The Mount Glorious to Mount Mee Car Tour is ideal for less mobile nature lovers. The tour gives you the possibility to enjoy beautiful views without having to drive yourself or having to walk long distances. Especially during the warm summer days, an airconditioned car tour is comfortable.
